£62000 Settlement For Injured Biker
Sean Collins from Hampshire was riding his Suzuki Hayabusa 1300 motorcycle in Winchester when he was involved in a serious motorcycle accident.
A careless driver drove into the back of Sean and he suffered fractures of his collar bone and right leg. He had to undergo surgery to insert metalwork to repair his broken leg.
He was away from work as a service engineer for several months and heavily reliant on his family for help with day to day care.
We took on Sean’s case and agreed to act on “no win no fee” terms.
The insurers for the careless driver quickly admitted liability.
And once we obtained expert medical evidence and documents to prove Sean’s financial losses we were able to negotiate a settlement of £62000.
Our gaffer Paul Mulderrig spent four days cycling in the Scottish Borders last month to raise brass for the fabulous Rossy Rays (Charity No:1118428).
£19000 Fundraising Bike Ride For Rossy Rays
Rays organise weekly special needs cycling and swimming sessions from their base at Marl Pits in Rossendale.
And we are very proud to have been sponsors of this fabulous club ever since its formation over fifteen years ago.
This year’s ride has raised a staggering £19,000 so far. But £20,000 would sound so much better. So, If you can spare a shilling or two please do!
Once again we’re giving away a bottle of Laurent Perrier bubbles to one lucky winner this month.
