Mr Jenson had a work accident whilst working as a joiner.

He was working on a large refurbishment contract at Terminal 2 of  Manchester Airport.

The contractors didn’t manage the site very well, and things had become chaotic.

Mr Jenson was using an electric saw but another worker dropped a sink unit onto the power cable. This made the saw jerk back and hit his hand.

Our client suffered a serious laceration to his fingers and needed hospital treatment.

It was clear that the contractors had failed to take proper care for Mr Jenson’s safety, so we took on the claim against them.

We obtained expert medical evidence about Mr Jenson’s injury and helped our client recover £5,000 in compensation.
