Package Tour Tripping Accident

Mrs Winterton brought a successful claim for a package tour tripping accident.

She went on a package holiday to Eygpt with her family but was involved in an accident by the hotel pool.

One day she was returning to her sunbed when she tripped on a manhole cover that was sticking up in a dangerous position.

Mrs Winterton suffered a very nasty hand injury.

Mulderrigs brought a claim against the tour operator under the Package Tour Regulations.

We agreed to act on  “no win no fee” terms.

The tour operator initially denied responsibility for the accident.

We gathered all the evidence we needed and then issued court proceedings against the tour company.

The tour company then agreed to pay £12,500 in compensation.
