Substantial Settlement For Workplace Back Injury

The insurers for her employers initially denied liability but we took on the case and issued court proceedings on behalf of our client.
With a trial date looming the insurers offered our client £45,000.00 which was hopelessly inadequate. A meeting was then arranged with the solicitors for the employer on 1st May 2008 and we were able to negotiate a settlement whereby our client will receive compensation of over £150,000.00!
Our client was delighted with the result and sent in a kind note which finished with the kind words “… you have now changed my future.”
